What We Believe
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, inerrant, preserved Word of the Living God. II Timothy 3:16, Psalm 12 6-8.
We accept and use the King James Version of the Bible. This is the only English version we accept and use. The Bible is our sole authority for faith and practice.
The Godhead
We believe in the one triune God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Co-eternal beings Identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory. Deu. 6:4, II Corinthians 13:14
The Way of Salvation
We believe Salvation is real repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 20:1
Salvation by grace and not of works.
Eph. 2:8-10.
We believe that all the redeemed once saved are kept by the power of God and are eternally secure. John 6:37-40. Rom 8:1.
The Church
We believe the church to be the espoused bride of Christ, was empowered at Pentecost, and is an autonomous body, free of any external authority and control. We believe that God works by and through the local body of believers. Eph 1:22-23, 5:25-28
The Return of Christ
We believe in the literal, physical, and bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are pretribulation, premillennial, and that Christ will return with His saints to rule and reign on the earth for one thousand years. Rev 19: 11-16, 1 Thess 4:13-18.
